The firm was born at the beginning of the century, with a family-run mark, basing its work exclusively on the construction of style furniture. In teh fifties, the Guarnieri family changed its trends and started producing radiogram with built bar, radioram furniture and the passed on to producing dolly furniture. The firm had flattering results, thanks to its best design, and in 1972 was awarded with the Mercurio d'Oro, which qualified the firm as the best in Europe.
